Our commitment to accessibility
At "Shoko" we believe everyone deserves equal, accessible service — including people with disabilities. We invest ongoing effort and resources so every person can use the app and website independently, comfortably, and with dignity, because a full and equal experience should be available to all.
Our digital services are made accessible in line with Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Services), 2013.
Accessibility level
We work to ensure the app and website meet Israeli Standard IS 5568 for web content accessibility at the AA level, based on the WCAG 2.1 guidelines by the W3C.
What we’ve done to make our service accessible
- Semantic, well-structured pages for smooth navigation with assistive technologies and screen readers.
- Full keyboard navigation and operation, without relying on a mouse.
- Proper color contrast between text and background for improved readability.
- Text that scales and respects the device’s font-size settings.
- Alternative text (alt) for images and informational graphics.
- Clearly labeled forms and input fields for easy identification by assistive tech.
- Support for right-to-left (Hebrew) direction and clear, simple language.
Disclaimers and known limitations
We do our best to make every part of our service accessible. Still, some areas may not yet be fully accessible or are in continuous improvement. We remain committed to ongoing enhancements for all users.
